VSIP in the North

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Long suggested that VSIP should invest in new projects in other parts of Vietnam to satisfy the diverse demands of investors. 
Based on that suggestion, VSIP conducted surveys and met with authorities from northern provinces. It came to an agreement to extensively invest in Bac Ninh province and, recently, in Hai Phong city.
