Guan Heng joined KPMG in 1994 and is currently an Executive Director in KPMG Malaysia’s Tax Practice. He advises clients on direct tax matters and cross border transactions. He is also a member of KPMG’s Global Compliance Management Service Team and leads the KPMG Tax Technical Team.

Guan Heng has serviced a diversified portfolio of clients comprising public listed and multinational companies from various industries including trading, investment holding, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, hotels, construction, insurance, banking, property development and port operators and managers.

In his many years with KPMG, Guan Heng has built vast technical knowledge and experience in tax consulting, tax planning and tax review works. He is well versed in the practical aspects of taxation practices in Malaysia and has good knowledge of international taxation principles. Guan Heng is also involved in assisting companies with tax dispute resolutions with the tax authority.

Mr. Chee Keng Eng, 49, is the General Director of Public Bank Vietnam from April 2016 to date. He has been with Public Bank since 1995. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics in 1994 and a master's degree in business administration in 1999. He held the position of Regional Manager from January 2011 to April 2015 before his appointment as Deputy General Director of VID Public Bank from May 2015 to March 2016.

He was a Branch Manager of several branches in Public Bank before his appointment as General Manager of Cambodian Public Bank Plc in 2002. He was appointed Country Head of Cambodian Public Bank Plc in 2007 before his current appointment as Regional Head of Indo-China Operations in March 2014. His directorships in other public companies in the Public Bank Group are as Executive Director of Cambodian Public Bank Plc, as Director of Campu Securities Plc and Public Bank Vietnam Ltd.
