With the total area of 2.045-hectare comprising 1.345-hectare of industrial land and 700-hectare of commercial and residential land (C&R), VSIP II Binh Duong is an Integrated Industrial – Township – Residential Park adjacent to Binh Duong New City, the planned administrative center and a modern new urban of Binh Duong province in the near future.
The Integrated Industrial – Township – Residential Park VSIP II Binh Duong will have completed infrastructure including transport, electricity, water, telecommunications and the high populations of entertainment, local and international schools, commercial centers, conference centers, and other industrial parks in the neighborhood. VSIP Binh Duong II is well connected to Ho Chi Minh City and the surroundings through Highway 13 and Highway My Phuoc - Tan Van. Efficient transport also include Road Tao Luc 2, Road Tao Luc 5, Road Ho Chi Minh, Road Hoi Nghia – An Tay, Road DT 742 and the internal roads with highest convenience.
Once fully developed, VSIP II Binh Duong will serve 13,000 settlers, more than 58,200 employees and 1,700 expats to live and work here.
The area of 700-hectare is planned to developed 05 Commercial & Residential (C&R) projects which is only 03-kilometer away from the heart of Binh Duong New City. Currently VSIP is calling for investment of local and international secondary investors to develop these 05 C&R projects.
