On July 1, ON Semiconductor Binh Duong (OSBD) received the 2020 HR Asia Best Companies To Work For in Asia TM award by HR Asia - Asia’s most authoritative publication for Senior HR Professionals.
In order to be honored in the list of "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020", ON Semiconductor Binh Duong had to have successfully gone through two rigorous assessments. Firstly, the internal input survey under Total Engagement Assessment Model as measure of the engagement level in the workforce. It covers emotional engagement (Heart), intention and motivation (Mind), advocacy and behavior (Soul), collective consciousness (Think), workplace sentiment (Feel) and team dynamics (Do).
