VSIP JSC BAGS MULTIPLE AWARDS AT GURU PROPERTY VPA 2020

Ho Chi Minh City – October 09, 2020– VSIP JSC has successfully scooped up six awards at Vietnam Property Awards 2020, including Best Sustainable Developer, the most coveted of the 49 categories this year. At the Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards 2020 ceremony, VSIP JSC was honoured not only with the title of Best Sustainable Developer but also two Special Recognition awards, namely Special Recognition in Sustainable Construction and Special Recognition in ESG. Many projects developed by VSIP JSC’s subsidiaries were among the top nominees and finalists of several award categories.

VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd., with its new product High-Rise RBF won Best Residential Green Development. This is the third award granted for this project. At the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2020 gala event in July 2020, the project was honoured Best Green Industrial Building and Best Sustainable Commercial Development. Also, the project also received a preliminary EDGE certificate from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and SGS Vietnam, creating a competitive edge against other investors
