VSIP BAGS MULTIPLE AWARDS AT THE VIETNAM PROPERTY AWARDS 2019

Ho Chi Minh City, August 24th, 2019 – VSIP continues to be recognized for its exemplary achievements, reaffirming its commitment to providing conducive integrated work, live and play environments through its integrated townships and industrial parks.

Last Friday evening, VSIP Group clinched six awards including three wins at the Vietnam Property Awards 2019 organized by PropertyGuru. It topped three categories, winning Best Industrial Developer, and Best Industrial Development for VSIP Bac Ninh. In the residential categories, the coveted Best Housing Development (Landed Property) Ho Chi Minh City award went to VSIP’s Sun Casa. The Group’s BelHomes received multiple commendation awards for Best Housing Development (Hanoi), Best Housing Architectural Design and Best Housing Landscape Architectural Design.

VSIP is a joint venture between Vietnam’s Becamex IDC Corporation and a Singapore consortium led by Sembcorp Development. There are seven operating VSIP integrated townships and industrial parks across Binh Duong, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong City, Quang Ngai, Hai Duong and Nghe An provinces. Two additional VSIP developments in Binh Duong and Bac Ninh provinces will be launched soon, taking the Group’s total portfolio to over 7,900 hectares in gross land area.

Belhomes and Sun Casa are two of four residential properties developed across Vietnam by VSIP. They are conceived as part of VSIP’s integrated developments to deliver quality and convenient housing and amenities to support the local communities and working population. The properties provide a modern living environment organized around green spaces and facilities for residents to enjoy. Both developments drew strong interest with all 748 units sold out.

The awards collectively mark VSIP’s second win at the Vietnam Property Awards. In 2017, The Habitat Binh Duong was conferred Best Mid-end Condo Development in its category.
