Honorably delivered a speech at the meeting with Deputy Prime Minister cum Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Binh Minh, Mr Tan Yit Liang, Deputy General Director of VSIP Quang Ngai shared : “The fourth industrial revolution – characterized by the increasing digitalization and interconnection of products value chain and business models has arrived in the industry sector. Digitization is changing the landscape of how VSIP QN is changing its business development strategy and operation with the goal to better satisfy customer needs. We associate it with clear economic aims and the opportunity for better differentiation in global competition. For investment promotion activities, instead of just relying on information published on the website, VSIP QN had refine it marketing strategy to connect and interact with the potential investors or audience from a distance by conducting and hosting webinars. Podcasts, videos, or live streaming would be shared with potential suitors to deliver more in depth information on our products and services and to enhance customer service satisfaction”. 

At the meeting, VSIP Quang Ngai also provided recommendation on high – standard human resources development and training policies for Industry 4.0 aimed to the economy prosperity of the country.
