- NOXH-B4: Comprising one rectangular residential building; 10 storeys plus a rooftop mechanical floor; Total gross floor area: approximately 8,962.5 m²; Total number of apartments: 93 units.

5. Apartments Available for Sale:

- NOXH-B2: 430 apartments - Apartment sizes ranging from 50.7 m² to 74.6 m²

- NOXH-B4: 88 apartments - Apartment sizes ranging from 47.9 m² to 63.7 m²

6. Selling Price:

The approved selling price for the social housing apartments is: VND 20,640,000/m²
