Established in 2023, VSIP Nghe An II (Tho Loc Industrial Park – Phase 1) represents the next phase of VSIP Group’s development in Nghe An Province, reinforcing the Group’s long-term commitment to supporting industrial growth and economic transformation in North Central Vietnam. Covering approximately 500 hectares, the project is strategically located in Tan Chau Commune, Nghe An Province, within the Southeast Economic Zone – one of the province’s key development areas.
