VSIP was established in 1996 as a shared vision between the Governments of Vietnam and Singapore, realized through a joint venture between Becamex Group and Sembcorp Development.
Anchored in a three-decade partnership, VSIP has developed 30 projects across 18 provinces and cities, providing production infrastructure to 1,000 customers from 30 countries and territories, with a total investment of USD 31.2 billion and creating jobs for more than 1,000,000 domestic and foreign workers. VSIP combines local execution excellence with global sustainability and governance expertise to deliver a world-class, investment-ready platform for next-generation industries, integrating policy, infrastructure, talent, and industry into one cohesive ecosystem.

Sembcorp Development
PARTNER FROM SINGAPORE
Sembcorp Development is a leading master urban developer with more than 30 years of experience in transforming raw land into urban developments, comprising industrial parks as well as business, commercial and residential spaces. It has a portfolio of 21 private sector-led and government-supported projects in Vietnam, China, and Indonesia spanning over 14,000 hectares in these markets. Our projects have generated over 377,000 employment opportunities and attracted close to US$50 billion of investment capital, delivering the economic engine for growth.

Over the past 30 years, Becamex has emerged as the leading industrial and urban real estate developer in Vietnam. With a pioneering spirit, Becamex have opened up many new directions. Each project demonstrates their commitment to continuous innovation and creativity. Currently, Becamex Group brings to investors an advanced industrialization model through the Science and Technology Industrial Park (STIP) 30 industrial parks, present in 15/34 provinces and cities nationwide, with a network of 26 member enterprises in many fields (Healthcare, education, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure …)
