Situated along National Highway 5, the park enjoys convenient connectivity to Hanoi (40 km), Noi Bai International Airport (70 km), Hai Phong Port (65 km), and Ha Long Bay (90 km), while also linking to northern provinces via Ha Noi – Hai Phong Expressway and National Highways 5, 10, 18.
With a total area of approximately 150 hectares, the park has attracted over 20 investors with total registered capital of around USD 540 million, focusing on electronics, mechanical engineering, food processing, and supporting industries. Developed as a clean and modern industrial park, it contributes significantly to local economic growth.
