Quang Ngai, May 25, 2017 – Fire fighting and First Aid-Rescue drill with multi forces has been conducted by Provincial Fire Prevention and Fighting Police at XinDaDong Textiles Ltd., Company in VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park. This is to implement Decree No.864/QĐ-UBND by Quang Ngai People’s Committee to enhance awareness of fire fighting & prevention and abilities to response in case of fire/explosion at enterprises.
The drill was attended by delegates: Mr.Vo Duc Nguyen – Director of Quang Ngai Fire Prevention and Fighting Police, Mr. Edmund- Deputy General Director of VSIP Quang Ngai, Representative of Son Tinh Police, Tinh Phong Police, Quang Ngai General Hospital, Son Tinh General Hospital, Quang Ngai Power Company, Quang Ngai Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, Son Tinh Military Staff Committee, XinDaDong Textiles and other companies operating in VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park.
After rehearsal, VSIP Quang Ngai Fire crew had a meeting with Quang Ngai Fire Prevention and Fighting Police and other involved parties to learn from experience.
During infrastructure construction, VSIP Quang Ngai always attach importance to build integrated fire fighting and prevention system, especially in term of traffic circulation, water, setting up fire fighter team with fire engine and fully equipped appliances, who are ready to response in case of fire/explosion in the industrial park and Commercial Residential Area.
VSIP Quang Ngai Fire Crew regularly participate in fire prevention and fighting activities in the province such as Fire Prevention and Fighting drills in Dung Quat Economy Zone, Tinh Phong Industrial Park, Quang Ngai City and other conferences ,training courses. The team has gained remarkable achievement in relevant competitions and awarded many certificates of excellence for years by the provincial People’s Committee and Fire Fighting &Prevention Police.
Participants involved in rehearsal include employment of XinDaDong Textiles, Provincial Fire Prevention and Fighting Police, Provincial Police, Son Tinh Police, Tinh Phong Police, Quang Ngai General Hospital, Son Tinh General Hospital, Quang Ngai Power Company, Quang Ngai Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, Son Tinh Military Staff Committee & Fire fighting crew of VSIP Quang Ngai. 16 vehicles are used: 2 command vehicles, 2 ambulances, 1 first-aid &rescue vehicle, 2 water tanks,1 ladder truck & 8 fire-engines. A team of 6 VSIP Quang Ngai Fire Fighters participated with 1 fire-engine.
