Bac Ninh, On May 11th, 2021-The provincial delegation led by Mr. Dao Hong Lan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee came to inspect the COVID-19 prevention and control work in VSIP Bac Ninh. Accompanying are Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of several authorities of Tu Son town and Tien Du district.

At the meeting, the representative of VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd reported that the Company has always identified that together with ensuring production and business activities, the prevention and control of COVID-19 has always been the central task. Accordingly, the Company established a COVID-19 Prevention and Control Department and established a COVID Safety Team in the enterprise, made plans to prevent and react to the pandemic at the company, asked all officers and employees to complete daily itinerary and medical declarations during the peak of pandemic prevention and control period and twice a week when the pandemic situation is controlled. At the same time, the Company has disinfected daily the workplaces, means of transporting and picking up officers and employees, established temporary quarantine zones, and requested employees to strictly implement 5K guidance on pandemic prevention and control. The company is implementing the division of employees into teams in separate areas such as main offices, site offices, old offices ... to limit contact and avoid infection with diseases ...

In VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park, there are currently more than 110 enterprises leasing land and factories with more than 36,000 employees. Implementing the direction of all levels, all the enterprises comply with regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control such as: Establishing COVID-19 prevention and control departments and COVID Safety Team, at all the gates of enterprises there are arranged the staff to guide everyone to wear masks, hand antiseptic, check medical declaration for all customers coming to... During the outbreak since 27th April, the whole industrial park labors are reviewed to identify cases as F1, F2, F3 and to carry out quarantine measures according to the guidance of the health sector.

Delegates in the delegation discussed and contributed their opinions to the direction, implementation, and prevention of pandemics in the industrial park. Noting and highly appreciated the proactive prevention and control of pandemics of enterprises in VSIP Bac Ninh, Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee- Ms. Dao Hong Lan emphasized: Bac Ninh is a province with a lot of industrial zones and clusters, attracting more than 400,000 workers, of which more than 70% of workers come from the other provinces. After the holidays of 30th April - 01st May, workers returned to work from many localities throughout the country, so the risk of pandemic in the industrial park is great. Therefore, it is required that all levels, sectors, and localities highly focus on the implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control, especially in the industrial park. Localities and enterprises must strengthen pandemic prevention and control following the guidance of the Ministry of Health and provinces to well implement the "dual goal".

Provincial Steering Committee for COVID-19 prevention and control is assigned to review regulations and guidelines on ensuring pandemic prevention and control safety at workplaces and workplaces of employees; update the latest guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the province to develop guiding documents for enterprises and employees; concretize those instructions for each unit and object. The Provincial Steering Committee for COVID-19 prevention and control established a standing group supporting industrial zones in the implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control and directed departments and sectors to regularly inspect the implementation of regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control; resolutely request strict handling of the violating units.

Enterprises need to make pandemic prevention and control scenarios at a higher level, prepare ready-to-react plans; strengthening the COVID Safety Team so that "each enterprise is a fortress, each worker is a war veteran" in COVID prevention and control. In parallel with the assigned responsibility for covid-19 prevention and control in industrial zones, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested the localities in the province to coordinate with the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority to strengthen the management of workers staying in the localities and the propagating of pandemic prevention and control measures to all enterprises., workers.
