VSIP Nam Dinh

VSIP Nam Dinh Industrial Park is a strategic project that creates a new industrial development space in the coastal area of Ninh Binh Province, in the southern part of the Red River Delta. The project covers nearly 1,070 hectares, with phase 1 covering 180 hectares and a total investment capital of more than VND 2,249 trillion. Located in Giao Binh and Giao Hung communes, the project benefits from convenient connections to major regional transport routes, industrial centers, logistics hubs, seaports and international airports, supporting efficient transportation, trade and export activities.

VSIP Nam Dinh is planned as a modern, multi-sector and sustainable industrial park, focusing on advanced technologies, high-value-added production and environmentally friendly projects such as electronics and electrical equipment, mechanical engineering, supporting industries, high-tech manufacturing, consumer goods, food processing and other clean industries. VSIP Nam Dinh phase 1 is expected to create approximately 18,000 jobs, helping increase local incomes, government revenue, and the development of services, trade and logistics. With its large scale, strategic location, modern infrastructure and sustainable development orientation, VSIP Nam Dinh is expected to become a new growth driver for Ninh Binh Province and an important manufacturing destination in northern Vietnam.
