Established in 1996 in Binh Duong, VSIP has developed 18 industrial
parks and townships, covering nearly 11,000 hectares across 13 provinces
nationwide. In Bac Ninh province, VSIP has developed VSIP Bac Ninh Integrated
Township and Industrial Park and VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park.
VSIP industrial park projects in Bac Ninh are located in strategic
positions with synchronized transportation infrastructure connecting to
seaports, airports, and other major industrial zones in the North. These parks
are developed as modern industrial zones, attracting high-tech and clean
technology enterprises. They make good use of local raw materials and human
resources, do not cause environmental pollution, and produce products that meet
the needs of the people and are competitive in both domestic and export
markets.
In addition, together with VSIP Bac Ninh I industrial park in Tu Son
city, VSIP also develops a model of Industrial Park combined with urban and
service areas. VSIP Bac Ninh Township is built with modern architecture, in
